“Over the past 12 months or longer, I had been looking for a commercial asset to relocate my civil works business. I had gotten close on a few and my commercial broker had pre-approved me multiple times, but each time, the agent would sell it to someone else or the sale price was way higher than what the agent had originally guided me. My mortgage broker, George from 3 Lane finance, got in touch in October, and suggested I use The Grant Group. Stephen and Will understood that I had a tight timeline and got started immediately. Within a few weeks they had collected over 400 properties and filtered it down to a handful of interesting ones and organised a few inspections. After 8 weeks they had found a great asset, they negotiated the whole sale and organised everything with my mortgage broker and lawyer and assisted in getting the contract done. Also, due to a rise in strata fees Stephen was able to reduce the sale price by 30k to accommodate for this rise in rates, as the selling agent didn't tell us, but Stephen found it and raised it with my lawyer, this was while they were running there due diligence.
